Returns Policy

Any Kregel Publications title that does not meet your complete satisfaction may be returned to us at the address below for full credit (excluding shipping) within 30 days of its purchase in a saleable (undamaged) condition. A brief note as to why the item was not acceptable would be helpful along with the invoice number. Please package your return carefully to avoid damage in shipment and include your name and address both on the outside and inside of the package.

Damaged/Defective Titles

Please notify us immediately of any damaged and/or defective title that you receive. Contact our Customer Service Department and they will make arrangements to send a replacement copy and provide you with instructions regarding the damaged or defective copy.
