Sue Atkinson
Sue Atkinson, a specialist in mathematics education, is the wife of a bishop in the Church of England. She has four grown children and lives in Croydon. She is the author of Climbing Out of Depression (Tarcher: Penguin), a highly successful book that has proved invaluable to many. She is also the author of Breaking the Chains of Abuse and Building Self Esteem.
