Joel Barker
Joel Barker (PhD in Christian Theology from McMaster Divinity College) is Associate Professor of Biblical Studies at Heritage College and Seminary in Cambridge, Ontario. He is the author of Joel: Despair and Deliverance in the Day of the Lord in the Zondervan Exegetical Commentary of the Old Testament series.
