Kregel Author Awarded Writer of the Year at Write-to-Publish Conference

GRAND RAPIDS, MI Kregel author Letitia Suk received the Writer of the Year award from Write-to-Publish at their annual banquet on Saturday, June 17, 2017, at Wheaton College in Wheaton, Illinois. Write-to-Publish judges chose her book Getaway with God: The Everywomans Guide to Personal Retreat.
Write-to-Publish is an annual Christian writers conference held in June with the purpose of training writers and connecting them with editors and agents in the Christian market.
Getaway with God invites readers to step away from everyday life to spend time with God, and walks women through each step of designing their own retreat.
Regarding the award, Letitia remarked, "I was so thrilled to receive the 2017 Writer of the Year award at the annual Write-to-Publish conference last week in Wheaton, Illinois. I am even more excited, though, to imagine scores of women going off on their own getaway with God after reading the book! I wrote the words, Kregel brought them into the light, and may God get all the glory as he invites women into the sacred space of a personal retreat."
