Kregel and Lion Fiction Titles Named as Finalists in the 2016 Foreword INDIES Book of the Year Awards

GRAND RAPIDS, MI Titles published by Kregel Publications and Lion Fiction have been chosen for special recognition by Foreword Reviews, a print magazine and website devoted to independently published books.
Honored titles are Like a River from Its Course by Kelli Stuart from Kregel Publications, and Alabaster by Chris Aslan, Fearful Symmetry by C. F. Dunn, The Body Under the Bridge by Paul McCusker, and The Kill Fee by Fiona Veitch Smith from Lion Fiction. A curated panel of librarians and booksellers will determine the winners in each genre based on their experience with readers and patrons. Foreword Reviews will announce the winners in 65 categories during the 2017 American Library Association Annual Conference in Chicago on June 24, 2017.
