Ivor Powell (1910-98) was born in Wales and attended South Wales Bible Training Institute. Trinity College of Florida honored him with a doctor of divinity degree in 1971. Known as "the Man from Wales," Powell possessed a vivid imagination and mastered the art of pictorial preaching.
